We are Retail Company in South Jakarta and have an urgent vacancy for Legal Officer, with the following requirements :
- Male/Female
- SI Graduate from faculty of Law
- Experience 2 years (preferred from retail, property & Corporate Legal – we will not process fresh graduate)
- Fluent English both Oral & Written
- Good Computer Skill
- Hard working, fast learner, out going person, initiative and ready to work under pressure.
- Able to work overtime.
- Responsibility
- Drafting and review agreements and all legal documentation.
- Prepare legal opinion
- Familiar government approval or licensing matter.
